Equilibrium Sustainability Framework. Directed sustainability reporting for a $1 billion real asset investment portfolio focused on agriculture, food, and carbon transition infrastructure. Included the development of impact metrics, climate risk assessments, and carbon footprint analyses. Wrote and published the company’s 2020 Sustainability Framework, as well as viewpoints on social sustainability and the financial implications of physical climate-linked opportunities and losses.

 

Futurewise Urban Development Program. Providing expertise in transit-oriented development, redevelopment and innovation zones, and sustainable community assessments. Participated in the Livable Communities Committee, with a focus on affordable housing and economic development.

 

Center for Responsible Travel (CREST) Sustainable Destination Development. On-call consultant for various projects including an economic development and tourism scoping study in Powell Township, MI; a policy framework for sustainable coastal development models in Mexico; and a presentation on “Consumer Demand and other Drivers of Sustainable Coastal Resort Development” for the organization’s Innovators in Coastal Tourism Development event.
