Included recommendations for reuse of select, underutilized components as office, R&D, retail and other specialized developments.

 

 

 

 

 

Dow Chemical Company, Bound Brook, NJ. Analyzed disposition strategies and relocation scenarios for a 270-acre R&D campus. Assignment included a highest and best use and financial feasibility analysis; land, building, and space configuration recommendations; and an evaluation of disposition strategies.
