Determined supportable levels of retail, multifamily and office square feet and analyzed financial feasibility of the development alternatives.







Kodak, Rochester, NY. Assisted Kodak in planning for redevelopment of a portion of its 900-acre headquarters. Included a highest & best use analysis; land use and space planning recommendations; transaction timing and value estimates; and the development of a marketing plan.

Advised developer partners on optimal uses for land adjacent to the airport based on absorption and revenue expectations for industrial, office, retail and entertainment alternatives.
